Während ich auf meiner Couch sitze, Gin neat auf Eis trinke und Sex and the City ansehe, um ein wenig nach meinem langen Tag zu entspannen, denke ich darüber nach, was wohl das Thema meiner nächsten Kolumne sein könnte. Sieben Sachen. Sieben Sachen. Sieben Sachen... sieben VOGUE Issues, die ich liebe. Bücher, die ich täglich zitiere. Menschen, die ich gerne kennenlernen würde. Ideen, die ich gerne gehabt hätte... So viele Möglichkeiten und noch so viel Zeit, um darüber zu schreiben.
Meine Augen switchen zwischen den Screens - Kolumne, Sex and the City, Kolumne, Sex and the City, Kolumne, Sex and the City, Kolumne... und ich denke so scharf nach, wie selten. And then I had a thought... just like Carrie Bradshaw sometimes: Ich werde so oft von Zitaten inspiriert... Shakespeare, Austen, Sheldon Cooper... warum nicht einfach all jene Sex and the City Zitate sammeln, die mich tagein tagaus begleiten und für gute oder nachdenkliche Stimmung sorgen.
So here we go:
